As phoenix flowers bloom and the farewell melody plays, it is the perfect time for youth to set sail. On July 8, Beijing Polytechnic University grandly held the 2025 Graduation Ceremony. All university leaders, middle-level cadres, full-time counselors, homeroom teachers of graduating classes, teacher representatives, and all graduates gathered together, honoring youth and sending off dreams with a solemn and glorious ceremony.

In his speech, Wang Wei took "Gratitude", "Growth" and "Dream-Chasing" as the key words, and affectionately reviewed the beautiful time when the 2025 graduates walked hand in hand with the university. He pointed out that the university has always adhered to the mission of "Strengthening the Country through Education, Vocational Education Making Contributions", and focused on the goal of building a high-level skilled university, achieving a series of landmark achievements in vocational education reform, talent cultivation, scientific and technological innovation, and social services. He stated that the 2025 graduates have lived up to the care of the times and the expectations of the university. With a sense of responsibility, dedication, craftsmanship and perseverance, they have written the growth story of the new generation of Beijing Polytechnic University students, and practiced the spiritual pursuit of "Excellence, Integration, and Innovation" of the university’s members in the new era, having grown into qualified talents needed by the country and society. He presented three "life kits" to the graduates: first, a "dream chip" of "Serving the Country with Skills" to encourage everyone to hold fast to their dreams, actively integrate their "personal goals" of growth and development into the "grand blueprint" of the Party and the country’s cause, and embrace the future, change the future, and create the future with confidence and passion; second, a "power bank" of "Lifelong Learning" to urge everyone to cultivate the awareness, ability and quality of lifelong learning, always maintain the desire for growth, develop the habit of self-empowerment, and bravely be pathbreakers who dare to "chart new courses" and explore "new methods"; third, a "mentality skin" of "Growing Toward the Sun" to inspire everyone to stay resilient and optimistic, take Beijing Polytechnic University as the starting point and set off from today’s coordinate, always remain optimistic and calm, rational and peaceful, and embrace a happy life with a positive and sunny attitude.

Ma Lei, Vice Dean of the School of Integrated Circuits (School of Artificial Intelligence), on behalf of all teachers, extended farewell wishes to all graduates, hoping that the 2025 graduates would keep moving forward on their journey of pursuing dreams, continuously improve themselves, and grow into industry experts as soon as possible.
Li Guodong, a 2013 alumni of the university and section chief of the Beijing Benz Engine Plant, on behalf of all alumni, expressed congratulations on the successful graduation of the 2025 graduates and the expectation of working together to contribute to the country’s modernization drive. He looked forward to everyone maintaining the spirit of professional excellence, lifelong learning, and facing challenges head-on, and continuing to create new glories in their respective fields.
Jia Weidong, a student from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, spoke on behalf of the graduates. He said that he would always remember the school motto of "Excellence, Integration, and Innovation", always hold the ambition to make breakthroughs, shoulder the responsibility of commitment, forge the style of hard work, and continue to write the glory of Beijing Polytechnic University members on the new journey.
