To accelerate the construction of the pilot verification platform service system in the robot field and enhance the pilot verification capability, China Software Testing Center (Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) launched the recruitment and selection work for cooperative universities of the "Pilot Verification Matrix of the National Robot Inspection and Testing Public Service Platform - Robot Typical Scenario Pilot Verification Base" (hereinafter referred to as the "Pilot Verification Base"). The purpose of this selection work is to serve industrial needs through in-depth integration of universities and enterprises, and contribute to the development of the local robot industry. To further explore new models of industry-university-research collaboration, facilitate the cultivation of high-end technical talents, the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of our university has fully leveraged the school's professional characteristics and its own advantages to apply for the construction of the Pilot Verification Base. The high-quality faculty and sound university-enterprise cooperation ecosystem of the school have laid a solid foundation for the successful application this time.

The successful selection as a cooperative university for the Pilot Verification Base demonstrates the core competitiveness and demonstration leading role of our university in the innovative development of the robot industry, and highlights the development potential of our university in the integration of industry and education as well as the collaborative talent cultivation between universities and enterprises. In the next step, the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering will rely on the construction of the Pilot Verification Base, fully gather advantageous resources, serve the collaborative innovation of the robot industry chain, and strive to become a new benchmark for the industry-education integration base in vocational education.
