Wang Wei first introduced the basic situation of the university in teaching, scientific research, university-enterprise cooperation and other fields, as well as the achievements made by the university in the "Going Global of Vocational Education" initiative. Wang Wei stated that deepening vocational education cooperation to provide a skilled talent pool for regional development is a practical need for the common development of China and Tajikistan, and a strategic choice for the future. The university is willing to join hands with Tajik partners to jointly develop vocational education cooperation projects in areas including mutual recognition of vocational education standards, cross-border university-enterprise cooperation, student and faculty exchanges, and digital upgrading of education.

Anwar expressed gratitude for the warm reception. He noted that China has not only provided equipment and technology for Tajikistan’s development but also cultivated a large number of high-quality skilled talents. Through exchanges with Tajik students studying at the university, he had deeply felt their gratitude to the institution. Anwar added that the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan shares broad cooperation potential with Beijing Polytechnic University in many fields, expressing hope that both sides will sign a cooperation agreement and carry out in-depth collaboration in the cultivation of high-quality talents.
