To improve the efficiency of our university’s reception work and better serve visiting guests, we hereby announce the following optimized adjustments to our reception arrangements with immediate effect:

1. Fixed Reception Days

Every Wednesday (excluding winter vacation, summer vacation and other statutory holidays) shall be the designated reception day. In principle, no reception shall be arranged on other days, except for special circumstances.

2. Control of Visiting Personnel

In principle, the number of visitors from each institution per visit shall not exceed 7 persons.

3. Advance Official Correspondence

Visiting institutions shall fax an official letter to the Party and Administration Office of the university one week in advance to facilitate unified coordination and arrangement of reception matters.
